Young Lions’ faint hopes of avoiding relegation from the Singapore Premier League are fading with each round passing. After ending an abysmal six-game winless start to their new away league campaign (D1, L5), the visitors could now post back-to-back top-flight victories on the road for the first time in over two years. There’s plenty of reason for optimism in the travelling camp, as the ‘Eagles’ had won nine consecutive away league H2Hs before a disheartening 4-2 defeat in this exact fixture last season.
