Chelsea’s visit to the London Stadium bodes well, with West Ham going unbeaten in five of their last seven top-flight H2Hs at home (W4, D1).

In the meantime, visiting Chelsea followed up a 0-0 home draw against Liverpool with another underwhelming ‘nil-nil’ stalemate against Fulham last time out, forfeiting their hopes of returning in contention for the top four. With that in mind, it’s no wonder manager Graham Potter, who has overseen just one win in the last seven matches in all competitions (D3, L3), has come under heavy scrutiny. On a more positive not, the visitors have recorded three consecutive Premier League clean sheets in the build-up to this cross-town trip.
