Yet, Tottenham’s historic 6-1 triumph in this exact fixture in 2020/21 means they’ve won twice in their last three Premier League matches away to Man United (L1), as many as they had in their previous 26 visits to Old Trafford in the competition (D3, L21). However, ‘Spurs’ face the prospect of losing three Premier League meetings with United in a row for the first time since a run of four defeats between 2009 and 2010.
